We opened our first adult foster care home in September of 2000. There was such a need for exceptional foster care homes that we opened 4 more! We are recognized for the quality of care we provide and did I mention that our  "Care is second to none"? We provide stimulating activities and exciting outings.

INFO ABOUT THE OWNER:

Sherri Jemison has worked in all aspects of geriatrics and mental health since 1989. She also does private case management for legal guardians & conservators.

Sherri continues to increase her knowledge by regularly attending classes and trainings on geriatrics and mental health.

On August 2, 2006 she was appointed by the Office of the Senate President; Peter Courtney to represent the adult foster care homes in Oregon on the "Medicaid Long-term Care Quality and Reimbursment Advisory Council".

She works dilegently to find ways to make her residents feel comfortable and provide the families with piece of mind.

She personally oversee's the individual care of everyone of her residents.

Who We Are:

Amazing Grace Care Homes is family owned and operated. All of our caregiving team is highly experienced, dedicated and compassionate about the care they provide. They must pass a thorough background check. We do random drug & alcohol testing. The caregivers must complete our detailed training course as well as complete the "Adult Foster Care Home Caregiver Prepartory Training". The Managers must pass "Ensuring Quality Care Class". Both trainings are regulated by Northwest Seniors & Disabled Services a division of the Oregon Department of Human Services.
